On the blackboard in Shouma's class it states "15/10 (Saturday)". Shouma is 16 as stated on his Metro ticket. It also states that it is year 2011 now (Heisei 23). This is also the day the penguins arrive.
Episode 2:

Ringo is attending the class 2-C of the High School. Considering it's already October/November, she's now 16 years old or is about to turn 16 later this year. This sets her birth year to 1995.
Episode 3:
20/03/2006
Ringo is 11 years old. This confirms that she was born in 1995.
Tabuki's graduating the high school. That means that he has either already turned 18 (if his birthday is before 20/03) or he's going to turn 18 later this year (if his birthday is after 20/03). This leaves us with Tabuki's birth year: 1988.
Episode 5:
Autumn 2002, Now - 9 years
This flashback shows us the young Takakura siblings and the Typhoon #13. At this time, we can clearly see on the postbox that Takakura mother's name is "Chiemi"「千江美」, i.e. it ends with a MI 「美」character, which is different from KO「子」 in episode 1.

Later in episode 6, Ringo's mother mentions to Shouma that Momoka was in the same grade as Tabuki Keiju, which means that Momoka was also born in 1988.

October-November 2011
Shouma confirms he's 16 years (he says it himself), and since he attends Grade 2 of high school, his and his twin brother Kanba's birthday has already been earlier this year, January-September. Shouma and Kamba were born in 1995, just like Ringo. Though twins, Kanba is considered an elder brother (Shouma calls him "aniki").
