Hay una opción que consume toda la GPU al reverendo pedo, que es la animación de la interface, o sea la mierdita esa que se mueve en la barra de HP. Yo lo desactivé en su momento y gané como 20 FPS. Ah y en límite de FPS ponele "sin límite" (uncapped, lo que antes era benchmark). Al menos así me anda perfecto.
